I offer Circle Gold community platform setup and management as an add-on for clients who build websites with JSDFX Media.
Below are optional package tiers, features, fees, billing frequency, discounts, and usage/update terms tailored for publishing on your site.

Package Options

Starter Community — Best for creators launching a simple membership or launch page

  • Price: Starting at $150 one-time setup + $75/month management

  • Billing: Setup charged once at start; management billed monthly

  • Features included:

    • Circle Gold basic configuration and branding

    • Up to 3 spaces (topics/areas)

    • Single-member tier integration (one paid access level)

    • Basic integrations: Website single sign-on, Stripe setup for payments

    • Community onboarding guide + two staff training sessions (60 min each)

    • Standard analytics dashboard setup

    • Mobile-optimized community styling

  • Limits:

    • Up to 1,000 members active at no extra charge; overages handled per-client

  • Updates & support:

    • Monthly platform updates (minor tweaks) included

    • Email support (normal business hours)

  • Usage rights:

    • Full ownership of community content and member data; JSDFX Media retains no rights to your content

  • Ideal when: You want to add community features with minimal complexity.

Growth Community — Best for small-to-medium businesses with several membership tiers

  • Price: Starting at $1,500 one-time setup + $150/month management

  • Billing: Setup one-time; management billed monthly (annual prepay option available)

  • Features included:

    • Full Circle Gold configuration with advanced branding and custom domain setup

    • Up to 10 spaces and categories

    • Up to 3 membership tiers and access rules

    • Advanced integrations: Zapier/webhooks, email provider integration, CRM connection

    • Three custom automations/workflows

    • Up to 5 staff training sessions (90 min total)

    • Custom CSS tweaks and responsive testing

    • Analytics & monthly performance report

  • Limits:

    • Up to 5,000 members; tiered overage pricing thereafter

  • Updates & support:

    • Ongoing monthly updates and feature improvements

    • Priority email support + 3 hours/month dedicated admin time

  • Usage rights:

    • Full ownership of member data and content; JSDFX requires a usage license to operate/administer the community

  • Ideal when: You’re scaling membership offerings and need automation and integrations.

Enterprise Community — Best for established brands and high-volume communities

  • Price: Starting at $5,500 one-time setup + $500/month management

  • Billing: Set up one-time; management monthly. Custom annual contracts are available for a management fee.

  • Features included:

    • Complete Circle Gold enterprise-grade setup, custom domain, single sign-on (SSO)

    • Unlimited spaces, sub-communities, and members (subject to Circle platform limits)

    • Unlimited membership tiers and customized access logic

    • Advanced integrations: Billing platform mapping, LMS or CMS integrations

    • Custom API integrations, advanced automations, and custom-built widgets

    • Onboarding playbooks, staff onboarding, and moderation workflows

    • Quarterly strategy reviews and optimization roadmap

    • Dedicated account manager + 10 hours/month of managed admin work

  • Limits:

    • High-volume support and scaling are handled case-by-case basis.

  • Updates & support:

    • Continuous updates, proactive feature rollouts, 24/7 incident escalation.

  • Usage rights:

    • Full ownership of community content and member data; JSDFX Media operates under a service agreement to manage on your behalf

  • Ideal when: You operate a large community, need custom integrations, or require high-touch support.

Setup & Licensing Fees

  • Setup fees as listed per package cover design, configuration, initial integrations, and launch support.

  • Circle subscription/licensing: Clients receive Circle benefits by purchasing a website directly through JSDFX Media. Websites are fully transferable to the Clients after full payment is made. Any subsequent purchases will render ownership to JSDFX Media until the invoice is paid in full.

Billing Frequency & Discounts

  • Management fees are billed monthly by default. Annual purchases receive a 20% discount.
